Wondering when your student loans will go back in to repayment? According to the administration, repayment won’t start until lawsuits stop. The recently announced plan to cancel up to $20,000 in student loan debt for qualified Americans is on hold because of lawsuits attacking it. In response, the Department of Education has stated that the pause on student loan repayments will not end until at least 60 days after the litigation ends.
